At Boston Collegiate Nannies, we understand that a nanny should be more than just a childcare provider. We believe that the best nannies seek to foster your child’s development in all aspects of life—socially, emotionally, and intellectually—serving as mentors and role models who will inspire your children to reach their full potential. With this in mind, our agency recruits driven, interactive, college-educated nannies who will share their expertise with your children—from helping with reading homework to learning French to practicing the cello. Our nannies’ diverse skill sets are carefully matched to meet each family’s individual needs.
We offer a variety of services for families and nannies, including:
- Full-time Permanent Placements (30+ hours per week)
This option is for families looking for a nanny to provide daily childcare in their home during the workweek.
- Part-time Permanent Placements (1 to 29 hours per week)
This option is for families looking for a nanny to come to their home for a few days each week. This is a great option for families with school-aged children who require after-school care and transportation to extracurricular activities.
- Background Screening Services
We offer comprehensive background screening services to assist families who have already found a potential childcare provider but would like to gather more information about the candidate in order to make an informed decision.
- Savvy Sitter Training Courses and CPR Certification
For families who already have a nanny whom they feel could benefit from receiving additional training, we offer monthly Savvy Sitter Training courses and CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
We consider a nanny placement to be the beginning, not the end, of our professional relationship. We believe that the nannies we select are exceptional and want you to feel confident in your new caregiver’s abilities. Families receive continual, individualized support from our agency throughout placement process and beyond. We encourage our families to stay in touch and reach out to us at any time with questions or concerns.
